Tile Showers
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all tile showers. We stand by our product.
If your tile shower ever fails, we will fix or replace it.
We don’t warranty dropping things on the tile, causing it to crack or break. If a tile falls off the wall, for example, we will fix it free of charge.
If we determine the failure was not because of West Kentucky Home Improvement, we will repair it at additional charges.
Installation
We warranty the installation of all products for six months.
This does not include wear and tear of the product from daily use.
We do not warrant the products themselves; you must contact the manufacturer directly.
If the product was provided by West Kentucky Home Improvement LLC i.e. kitchen cabinets, we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to correct the issue. The are no warranties from the cabinet manufacturers. All cabinet issues are dealt with prior to installation. If a cabinet part fails we will work with you to repair it, you will be charged labor and materials
All warranties are subject to investigation by West Kentucky Home Improvement LLC to determine the validity of the claim. If we determine the failure of the installation was caused by the homeowner or something beyond our control, a labor charge of $60/hour for one person or $90/hour for two persons will be charged to cover labor costs. If the homeowner would like to hire us to repair the product, we will waive the investigation charge and write a quote to repair the failure.
